The 17th Annual IRNM Conference brought together 120 registrants from across Ireland to explore leadership, innovation and excellence in research nursing and midwifery. A particular highlight was the keynote address from Jennifer Allison, Associate Director of Nursing and Midwifery at the NIHR, whose engaging, humorous and inspiring presentation challenged attendees to embrace leadership, champion research, and support the next generation of clinical research professionals. The conference also provided valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and showcasing research excellence through oral and poster presentations.
