Background

With over 10 years of experience in Cancer Clinical Trials, I am deeply committed to providing compassionate care to patients and their families navigating the complexities of clinical research. I lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals in coordinating and delivering high quality care for patients involved in cancer trials. I began by career in Trinity College Dublin completing my Bachelor of Science General Nursing .After which I began a career in Critical care to which I earned a graduate diploma in critical care nursing. I then transitioned into cancer clinical trials and it allowed me to combine my clinical expertise with my passion for advancing research and treatment options for cancer patients. Currently I am focused on furthering education and knowledge around the role of the research nurse and promoting clinical trials as a vital pathway for patient care. Driven by a passion for both patient care and clinical research, I am committed to fostering an environment of learning , empathy and continuous improvement within clinical trials.
