This year’s event is a celebration of clinical research and innovation in Ireland\, and how clinical research will impact on future healthcare. This year’s theme is ‘‘Yesterday’s Vision\, Today’s Research\, Tomorrow’s Healthcare’.\n\nHighlights will include the always popular Research Forum\, Professor Frank Barry from NUIG\, Sandra Galvin from HRB-TMRN\, updates on the implications for research based on the changes in Data Protection Regulations\, Clinical Trail Regulations and GCP Guidelines and more. \n\nThe AGM will be held in the afternoon of Thursday 16th November 2017. After the AGM two Parallel workshops will be held (Informed Consent in Clinical Research & Writing for Publication). We are delighted that Professor Declan Devane\, NUIG\, has agreed to host the workshop on ‘Writing for Publication’. Following the workshops the IRNM will host a drinks reception and evening meal.
